De-registration problem.

Hello there,

How are you today? I have tried to update one of my websites builds on BeTheme, but occurring a problem. Please see the screenshot:

I also have tried to de-register the theme on all domains but cannot do it and getting an error screenshotted below:

Can you please let me know what shall I to do to de-register the theme on all domain and how I can make also update of the website without errors?

Hello Adrian,

If you see this message (as on second screenshot), you should do what the error message says.

I cannot do anything about the license keys deregistering, only e-mail support can.
