Top Header Background

I want to have Floating Menu and Top Background Header as seen like the website

1. For floating menu, I've solve the problem by choose the Layout Style > Modern
2. Top Header Background : please help how to set like the example on the image attached

Sadly, it will not be easy to achieve because we do not have this kind of functionalities in BeTheme.

But, there is a workaround, as can I see you use the Revolution Slider, so you can insert this "Red Stripe" on this slider as a global layer.

It will not follow the header (when sticky), but it will look like your example when user will be on the top of the website.
