How to delete black line/space after menu in store ?

I have just installed beTheme for the first time. I imported store layout. But I have a big black space after menu. I don't understand why and how to delet it.
Second issue : how to delete the line "This is a demo store for testing purposes — no orders shall be fulfilled."

this is header image section. If you want to disable it, please activate "Header Minimalist" option under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section.
