in page editor missing

When we view the page and use edit with WPBakery the inline editor acts like no "modules" are used and does not allow inline editing.  I feel like I am just missing something during setup but now we have two deployments and both are missing the features which makes data entry a nightmare for writers.

Not a problem, I am talking about the front end editor for WPbakery.  So a writer can do simple copy edits and changes without having to navigate the backed style editor or figure out where elements are located in the back end vs front end

"modules" being Row, Column, Element.

I tested it on the latest version of BeTheme and it works fine.

I can enter the "Frontend Editor" and add some items, rows, templates.

Please, be sure that your BeTheme, WP and plugins are up to date.

Also, please disable all of the plugins, leave the wpbakery turned on only, clear the cache of the browser and check, if the issue still exists.

Hello,

We updated everything, Theme, Yoast and header builder.

By disabling all plugins but wpbakery the site is broken so i had to enable a few like slider rev and a couple others

It still acts like no elements are used.

You cannot edit the content from the Muffin Builder in WPBakery and vice-versa.

If you want to edit it, you have to use the Muffin Builder, otherwise you have to built your page from the scratch.
