How can I adjust the opacity of the overlay color on Zoom Boxes, both idle and hover states?

Hello,

It is not possible through the theme options, you can only change the style of it or disable it (Theme Options > Global > General - Image Frame section)

If you would like to modify it, you have to use the CSS code.
