Pre-built websites Option is missing

Dear support,

since you have introduced "Pre-built websites" this option is missing/not working for me:

Thats how it looks like - no menu option.

When I click on "Discover Pre-built websites" I get the message that Im not allowed to visit this page!?

Please check, if you didn't disable this functionality in the Theme Options > Global > Advanced
