Change page content on click

Hi,

I have been searching everything and have not found a decent way to do this. Hopefully you can help point me in the right direction.

I am using BeTheme and Muffin Builder to make my website

I would like add an in page menu that changes the content below the menu on selection - here is the design of the page I am trying to create: https://imgur.com/a/HYTxNN4

When you select one of the three options the content in the box below should change, ideally I would like to change many parts of the page on the click of a link. maybe this is possible using iframes or somthing?

Any recommendations to point me in the right direction would be really appreciated.
