How to Change page & post Default color or image for every post and pages

I want remove or add image for every page and post highlighted area. (attached image) and also i want change height in red color area  help me.

Please go to the Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header and turn on the "Minimalist" option or "Minimalist without header space"
