Portfolio Custom Permalink

Hello,

Not sure why my portfolio custom permalink (/artwork) isn't working, when i visit the link https://healthcareheros.sg/artwork/we-will-win-this-battle-together/, it will redirect me back to homepage. but it can only work if i set the permalink to a plain one e.g. https://healthcareheros.sg/?portfolio=thank-you-all-the-heroes

Hello,

Be sure that your permalink is not the same as a category permalink.

Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Portfolio

hello, yes it is different. i named it as 'artwork' (portfolio-item) and 'artwork-types' (portfolio-types), and after saving went to Settings > Permalinks to save again. but it isn't working.

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check, if the issue still exists (with all of the plugins disabled).

Also, try to save the permalinks once more after clearing the browser's cache.
