nav font colour vs sticky nav

Hi. Where can I specify the nav font colour to be white - but to be dark when it's the sticky nav?

You can change the default color of the menu links in the Theme Options > Colors > Menu

To select, which colors will be attached in the sticky menu, please go to the Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header
