Can I use Variables in Betheme?

Dear community,

I'm using the betheme theme for building my own homepage. Yeah :-)
I know, that my question is not a Betheme specific topic. however, I hope to get some helpfull hints and answers regarding my beginners question.

I want to create 5 pages with the same framework. so every page looks the same, even the text will be the same - except of some words. these words I want to define at each page with constants. the constants then will be used on the pages, so that I don't have to change manually each of these words on the whole page.

My question:
is it possible, to define for each page variables/constants with a defined string (e.g. "breakfast") and use this constants in the muffin builder?
How and where can I define these constants? how can I put out the constants in a column in the muffin builder?

I would be very thankful for any help.
