Can't register theme because API connection is being blocked

Hi there, I'm having API issues that are keeping me from successfully registering my purchase of BeTheme.

The error message I'm getting reads:

API server connection

Your server is blocking connection to API server api.muffingroup.com

Please contact your hosting provider.

When I try to register my theme, it says this: 

cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.muffingroup.com port 443: Connection refused

So I contacted my host and they told me this:

I have heard back from my hosting team on the API Connection Error and they have relayed the following information. It appears that the api.muffingroup.com is on OVH hosting, so their IP address is blocked. At this time, since we're not the developers of the theme, we are unable to properly diagnose the issue on your behalf. They have recommended reaching out to the theme developers at this time for further assistance and see if they have any suggestions for alternative ways to connect/update other than API.
