Parallax Sizing Issues

Hello.

I've pointed this out before, however, I am still searching for a solution. We're having an issues with the parallax images resizing correctly in mobile and when positioned under an accordion.

When scrolling down, the image doesn't resize and shows a strip of background color above the image. Please see examples:

I've read other posts that state it has to do with nicescroll, however, I'm asking for a solution as most of our sites are built in BeTheme. The site I reference above was launched less than 30 days ago.

Thank you.

  • Hello,
Sorry, I'm not ssure what you are asking for, I do not see the issue.
On which browser and resolution did you test it?
    Thanks
  • Please be sure to click "read more." Then scroll to the bottom to see how the parallax is effected.
  • The parallax effect uses the JS script to calculate width and height to make the parallax effect more smooth while scrolling.
Because you are opening the "Read More" tab, it has to calculate the width, height, and transform effect once more, so the image will 'stutter' and change his size - we cannot change this behavior at all, it's hardcoded in the parallax script code.

The only workaround is to change the "Background Position" from "parallax" to "fixed" in the section settings.

    thanks
