Deregister Theme from Domain

Hi,

So I have had your theme for quite some time.  I was building a test site on one domain......and then never went through with anything going live.  

Now I no longer have access to that domain and am attempting to register the theme to actually use now.  What can I do to deregister a theme on a domain, that no longer exists, nor does the server.
