Visual editor is missing on all pages

I am developing a website for a customer who has no coding skills. Therefore it's necessary the content can be changed with a visual editor. Currently this is missing from all Muffin builder content blocks (See attached). Can you help me fix this?

Hello,

What do you mean by "missing" - the "Visual Editor" item is still in the items of the muffin builder.

If you don't see it, please do these steps below:

1) Be sure, that your theme and wp are up to date, if not, update them.

2) Disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check, if the issue still exists.
