How to force image overlap over subheader?

Please see my staging website at https://saddlestaging.wpengine.com/

How can I force the round YELP image (at the top right of the page) to stay ON TOP (or visibly above) the purple subheader? It looks fine when the browser window is at full desktop width, but if you decrease (resize with your mouse) the width of the browser window slightly, the YELP image gets covered up by the subheader. I need the YELP image to always stay on the top layer or front-most at all times. Thank you!

  • Hello,
Sorry, I do not quite understand, as I see, it's all of the time overlaping the header and when it comes to the mobile it just disappear.
I do not see that it's covered by the subheader - did you solve the problem?
    Thanks
  • Sorry, yes. I solved the problem after much experimenting. Thank you for responding!
