HOW DO I DE-REGISTER MY THEME FROM MY TEST SITE?

I uploaded the theme files to my WP instance on the test site, but now when I want to move the site it shows the following error.

"purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: dev.mobilewebsitepro.com"

Please help me out here.
