Betheme issue with top menu

I have a problem in that on mac computers the header looks like this:

so that the logo positions itself on top of the menu and the header thus becomes double height and covers the top part of the content.

Can you please help me solve this problem?

Also on a PC, when the screen is slightly small the topmenu disappears, but the mobile menu does not appear, as I am showing you on this video:

Hello,

Please check, if the color of the hamburger menu isn't the same as the background.

Theme Options > Colors > Menu

It is not white, it is dark grey.

Can you disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check, if the issue still exists?

HI, I just noticed that  Wordpress hasn't been updated for a while, so I will try that first. But please dont close this thread, I will be back if it doesnt do the trick.
