Purchase Code Not Working

Hello,
My purchase code is not working. I had it on one site which is no longer active and now I am trying to use it on my new site and it is saying that the old site is still active but it is not. Please help.

Hello!
If you are having issues with deregistering your license key, want to manage your license key or most important, you want to deregister a website that has been removed without deregistering it first, head to this topic:
