WordPress filesystem error.

Hi there, anyone know how to fix this issue? I was trying to install pre-built website, but it says Wordpress filesystem error. And I am developing in my localhost.

Is your BeTheme up to date?

Is your PHP Version 7 or higher?

Also, which software do you use to create the local server?
