Hi I have imported the 1 click demo demo and the result is that it doesn't match the demo. i.e

Header completely different.

Colours Wrong

Man's head chopped off at the top

The Blockquote's are plain text no styling.

Can you please suggest how I can match this demo.

This looks like something wrong happened while import. This should be related with temp lost connection or something similar. Did you tried to clear wordpress within https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/ and then import demo again?
