Hello, 

On this page, https://hr-roi.com/about-us/ we have a "read more" popup link to see each persons whole bio. Is there a way to make their names be a popup link too? The link option only allows linking to another page, or an image. But how can I make it link to the same popup content as the read more link?

sorry but we do not have an option for that. You can only use the popup link to display, like you did with read more.
