Unable to install recent prebuilt websuite

I'm trying to install a prebuilt website but it allows me to see only the old ones, I don't see the newer 90s. I only see the name but not the preview image and if I try to upload them the procedure works, check for the presence of the necessary plugins etc ... but in the end it doesn't load anything.

please update the theme to the newest version and you will see the newest pre-built websites.
