I uploaded the Parallax theme and I don't know how to make the menu appear on the home page. I feel that I've tried everything. I'd be grateful for any help.
Bryan, I did as you've written. Menu was not hiddden, but I've created new menu and set it as te primary menu. But menu is still unseen on the homepage.
Is it possible that this particular template doesn't allow to make menu appear?
Thanks for your supprt. Finally, I found the way to make menu appear. I had to choose another option of style of the menu position (Template options - Head - Layout - Style). And surprisingly it worked.
But now I have next problem with image in the background. I can not change image which I've choosen recently. I don't know why Parallax Theme doesn't respond immediately. Some changes do not appear, others appear after a while.
For now I am really disappointed with BeTheme templates
there is nothing wrong with the theme. This just means that your file does not exist. This sometimes happens in wordpress when you transfer a website. Please try to re-upload this image and use it again.

2) You are using the "Subpage without Header" (https://prnt.sc/rlqz7j) and assigned the image on header - it does not make any sense because this type does not have header.
thanks, but it still doesn't work. Look at this: https://ibb.co/w6Z17j2 . There is permanently lack of the background photo despite I uploaded it in the section: General options - Background - Image.
I appreciate your suggestions to me as a new user of BeTheme, but BeTheme is advertised as simple and intuitive, but meanwhile I need to review the extensive documentation and introduce a number of changes that are not obvious for a non-specialist.
I paid for the theoretically intuitive theme, while it causes constant problems, the sources of which I do not understand.
So, please, tell me, what should I do to make it finally look properly.
I allowed to change some things on your page, to show you that everything works fine.
See at the "MuffinTest" page I created - after correct changing theme options it works correctly.
If you have questions how to do certain things, ask me - I'll do my best to do that.
Also, you should conctact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing your php version to 7 or higher.
But, we strongly suggest to take a look at the tutorials on the youtube to take a basic knowledge how it works.
We are currently working about new documentation which is nearly done and it will be really helpful for this cases.
BeTheme is really simple theme, you can achieve a lot of things without coding skills, but to understand even the simplest theme in the world, you will have to take a look at the documentation/tutorials - it's just first step which you should do to know what theme can do.

When you go to menus under appearance you should see if any menu locations exist. If they do not then i suspect that would be the case.
