ok, asked differently. how do I get an images JPG on my website, example https://pasteboard.co/IZn7n4b.jpg the JPG should be in front of the website as information and if you click it away you can see the website again.

You can use a button to open popup with image inside, insert this code into the "Column" item

[button title="Button" link="#you-custom-id" target="_blank" class="" download="" rel="lightbox" onclick=""]
<div id="you-custom-id" style="display:none">CONTENT HERE</div>

Also you can use the "image" item, so if you will upload a zoomed image, customer will see that image in popup.

Do you want to use the popup shortcode I sent you?

You should use a html tag <img src="path/to/image.jpg" /> where the CONTENT HERE appears.

About the "Image" item, just fill all required fields in the settings of that item.

We do not have any tool to trigger that popup, to achieve that you would have to create some kind of js script which clicks 'button' to turn on that popup after the page load.

Sadly, we do not provide help with JS scripts, we provide help only with the understading the theme, fixing bugs and minor css tweaks.
