Remove "portfolio-item" on permaliks

hi, I would like to remove "portfolio-item" from the url. Let me explain better, now my url is like this: https://www.mysite.it/portfolio-item/test/

I wish it would become so

https://www.mysite.it/test/

Hello,

Your link must have the permalink before the single portfolio item name, it's a custom post type which require that string - it's basic wordpress functionality.

But, if you want, you can change the "portfolio-item" text to something else in the Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Portfolio, on the bottom of these settings.
