Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check, if the error still appear.

Thanks, when I cleared the cache of the browser I could manage to create a new page. However, this time I'm unable to open the menu for "featured image" while editing any page. It gives the same error and I have to clear the cache every time.

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
