I'm just trying to find out why we're getting a series of failed payments recently on the site.

Just to let you know we are using https://www.cardinalcommerce.com/ to handle PSD2 issue which was introduced a while back.

We only support the vanilla version of WooCommerce.

Is it working only when the woocommerce is enabled without any addons?

what version is vanilla?

It's the basic version of the woocommerce, without any addons installed.

We do not support any of the extensions for that plugin.

If i deactivate any plugins will these work correctly when activated again? Or will i have to set these up again from scratch?

If this problem comes from your addons, we are not able to help you.

Does the woocommerce works fine when only woocommerce (without addons to woocommerce) is turned on?
