After a transfer, I lost all the content and theme options

Goodmorning,

I'm write you because after transferring a website, by backing up both the files and the database, I no longer see all the content of the pages (entered through your page builder) and all the options (including customized css) set for the theme in theme options.

Can you help me? I'm very scared of having to do it all again...
