mobile menu - need to add text

My client wants the hamburger to remain with the mobile menu but wants the word menu to the left of the hamburger and both the word and the hamburger to be in a box with a background color.

Hello,

You can only select the hamburger menu or the text instead of the icon.

To change the icon to text, please go to the Theme Options > Responsive > Header, you will find it on the bottom of these settings.
