How can I change icon action bar in top header phone and email ?

Hello,

It's not possible to change icons in that place.

But, if you would like to have the links only, you can attach a menu there.

How to do that? Just create another menu (Appearance > Menus) and assign it to the "Social Menu Top"

I suggest using Header Builder.

With it, you can set up any icons you want.
