WPBakery Visual Composer available - Login for Visual Composer at old agency

Hi all

I have a new customer and he wants me to make some changes on his homepage. At the moment I'm not able to change anything, becaus there is a Update for WPBakery Visual Composer. Unfortunately I'm not able to make the update because I have to login to WPBakery. Login is at old Agency from the customer and not reachable. 

Can I just download regular Licence here: https://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431?ref=mixey and then everything works again? Or is there any other chance to update?

Hello,

To update the theme even with regular license, you have to login to the admin into the wordpress.

Then, head to the BeTheme > Install Plugins, there you will be able to update it.
