  How can i do this?

Hello,

You can use the "Split Menu" in the Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header

To set the menus properly, you have to set one menu as a "Primary" menu and second one as a "secondary" in Appearance > Menus

I was moreso referring to the top bar with the search and the my account about, cart etc

Then below it the traditional navigation (not so much the split in the tabs with the logo in the middle)

How do I make a top bar and and bottom bar?

We have something like "Action Bar", to set it up, please go to the Theme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar and tick on the "Show above the header" option

Then, to remove standard slogan, phone and e-mail address from displaying there and apply some links there, you have to go to Appearance > Menus, create a new menu, provide links and set this menu location as "Social Menu Top"

Sadly, you will not able to insert a "Search" field there, only simple links with or without the icons.
