How do I stylize the text in testimonials? Which heading does it correspond to?

Do you want to change the font family and size of only that element?

It will require the CSS code to achieve that.

Where do I add the css? Would this be in the main style sheet?

You can add your custom CSS in theme options>custom css&js>css

This is the proper way to place it in the theme.
