How do I create dropdowns in header builder?

Why is there no mention at all of header builder in betheme documentation?

It's the same as in the normal wordpress menu.

Actual documentation is really old, we are currently working on new documentation which will include the header builder.

So I can't use header builder if I want to have dropdown options?

Yes you can, like Pablo said, go to your wordpress menu creator and make submenus for your menu items. This has not changed, the menu creation is still done just by WordPress.
