input vars 5000

Hi, my website is having problems: www.riusoftbrand.com/upware

Betheme system status say that my input vars is on 1000 but my php file: https://www.riusoftbrand.com/upware/phpinfo.php say it is on 5000. I think that is the problem. Can you help me please. Thanks

Hello,

If you changed your input vars by yourself in files, it will not change.

Because the most important is global value which is managed by the hosting provider, even if your local value will be 9999 or more, then it will be limited to the global value (which is usually 1000)

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing that value to min. 5000

After that it will work fine.
