           skeiron.com website implemented by using the betheme only.

            Please suggest me, which demo template we need to install.

It's hard to suggest because this page does not look the same as our demo as well.

I suggest to get into that page: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/splash/#websites

and check in the left sidebar menu the layout to be "Light" - you will surely find something good for you.
