Lost sidebars after update

I lost the sidebars when I updated the theme. I installed the web an agency with a white version. now I bought his theme Betheme, and I changed the files that had the son theme, but I lost the sidebars. I've read in your forum that disabling all plugins, cleaning cache and reactivating would fix, but it's not so. Can you tell me what steps can I do to recover my sidebar? Are your sidebars still created in the Theme Options > Sidebars?

Hi friend. Yes, I have sidebars in theme options>Sidebars. Names not contain special characters. Names are "Lateral Carmen"... In this web should appear right sidebars. Thanks for your help. Have a nice day!

Can you edit the main blog page and select the sidebar side and sidebar once more?

Also, go to the Theme Options > Sidebar, and be sure that your "single posts" are set to "Use Post Meta"
