Hi - how would I add a blog last section of a pre-built website?

I am confused as tehre is a be theme method and WP? and not clear on how to add on a pre-built website if possible

You can use the "Blog" item from the Muffin Builder.

There you will be able to select the categorie, ordering and much more.

You mean the BLOG section from muffin group?

How do I post to that afterwwards - in WP its posts but how do I blog in muffin builder? 

I am using a pre-built website
