Cannot edit or post due to javascript:void(0) error

Could you please tell me what the fix is so that we could use the theme. We had built on one server and everything was fine. We then rebought your theme again, and put on our cons server, imported from our dev server and now the site we created once imported gives us javascript:void(0) when we try to edit or create anything. Please help! We have bought two licenses for this. Thank you in advance.

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

Also, please send us a link to your website.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing max_input_vars value to min 5000 and time limit to 180s

After that, your betheme should work fine.

So I updated those values on my server and have confirmation that those changes have been made, but now I'm experiencing an error when attempting to edit pages.

SOLVED

I resolved the errors I was experiencing - it has to do with the one-click website installation on the BeTheme.

There were 2 separate issues I encountered: (1) I did not update the max_input_vars value to min requirement of 5000 nor did I update the time limit to the required amount of 180s, and (2) when I installed a one-click website, I reset my database incorrectly.

1. Fixing the input vars and the time limit

To edit this, go to your .htaccess file and add a separate line on its own outside of all brackets "php_value max_input_vars 5000". Next, add a separate line on under the input vars piece "php_value max_execution_time 180".

I used Cyberduck on a Mac and had to click View > Show Hidden Files in order to see my .htaccess file.

2. Resetting the database when installing a one-click website

When clicking the "Install" button, users are prompted to download a plugin and reset their database. READ CAREFULLY: do not reset all tables in the database // do not reset the tables for users, meta users, and options.

If you click the reset all button, it will screw up the options table which led to the above problem above where I copied/pasted a massive error message in this forum.

Do these things carefully and you should be good to go.
