I wonder where the css to change a width of the pull-down menu?

And where can I change hover color in a drop-down menu?

Ok. So you can change those things within below css:

#Top_bar .menu li ul li { width: 250px !important; }
#Top_bar .menu li ul li:hover { background: #000 !important; }
