I want to use VC or Wordpress editor when I want to enter text and not be typing html code.

How can I do it?

    Sorry, but I do not understand, can you explain once more? But greater.
    If you are asking about HTML structure you want to provide, every builder have item which allows it.
    Our Muffin Builder has the "Column" item, VC/WPBakery has "Raw HTML" item

    I want to enter a long text, but without having to enter it without using html, that I don't have to use <p> every time I put a phrase.

    You can use the "Text Block" in the WPBakery, and "Visual Editor" in the Muffin Builder.
    They are the WYSIWYG editors.
