Contact form not get any email

Hi, i need help about contact form
i test to fill end send from contact form, but i don't get any email on my mail target.

And i test to using wp smtp but not work too, the alert show this "smtp connect() failed. https //github.com/phpmailer/phpmailer/wiki/troubleshooting"
How can i fix this problem?

Hello,

Did you check in the SPAM folder? Also, did you test it with only Contact Form 7 enabled?

But it looks like the problem is on the hosting provider side.

Please contact him and explain the problem - he should be able to solve it after looking at the error message.
