Replace default search with another search plugin

Hi, I want to replace the default search function in the header and use another search plugin short code in place of that. Can you please tell me how it can be done.

Sadly, we do not provide help with the wordpress/betheme files customization - and this one will surely require this kind of midifications.

We use the same search functionality as the wordpress do.

It's hard to say, but surely you should take a look at the header.php file, it should direct you for another files.
