How to add Drop shadow or line under menu bar

I've tried many different css codes but can't seem to get a drop shadow to show up. I'm using classic mode for menu header. Please help! Site is: http://dev.mayerbranding.com/nuvinair/

All of the effects related to the menu and menu items are available to change in the Theme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Menu

Yes, I have been changing those around but none seem to create the effect, neither has adding various css code. What do I need to do specifically to add a drop shadow or line to below the bar?

As I see, you already have a black bar below the menu, did you solve the problem?
