Good day, we bought a new license few weeks ago. you can see demo3.esoul.it. We have a problem with search bar. it doesn't work. in addition to betheme we installed also eventer and search and filter pro. We tried to reinstall wordpress but the result is not

Sorry, but we do not support the "Eventer" or "Search and filter pro" plugins.

and what do you mean by 'doesnt work', can you tell me what's the problem exactly?

Also, disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check, if the issue still exists.
