Projects Admin Menu Item Missing

I migrating a website to a new host and everything has been copied to the new location and everything is working except now in the new location the  Projects Admin Menu item has disappeared and the Projects page is not loading anymore. Any ideas?

Thank you! I figured it out, The mu-plugins folder didn't copy over.
