scrolling issue on mobile version

Hey there,

i have a problem on page https://www.sv-ebenweiler.de/ and https://www.sv-ebenweiler.de/news/ . I can't scroll to the bottom of the page. but only on mobile version.

I have already been in contact with the support from Elementor. After a view tries they were able to tell me that's a problem of the theme.

Could you help me to solve it?

We need an FTP access for investigation, we have to look for the source of the issue deeper.

Please, send the same credentials (wordpress dashboard), link to this topic, link to your website, and ftp access - through the same form as earlier.

The problem is related to your custom html code which you inserted in the html item of elementor, after removing it, it will work fine.

But why do we have the same problem on the news page? there isn't any html widget

No this is not the news page - there are just a few news...

i mean the news page www.sv-ebenweiler.de/news

there is the same problem with scrolling... but there aren't any html widgets

Sorry, but you broke that page somehow - even with the default theme (twenty nineteen) and all of the plugins disabled it does not load, console refuses the error - so it means, that I cannot enter that page.

I suggest, to create a new news page, because this one is just broken.

It's because of plugin named "The Plus Addons for Elementor Page Builder"

This plugin is not supported by us and it's not coming even from original creators of Elementor.

Sadly, we are not able to help you with this problem, when it's coming clearly from the third-party plugin, because after disabling it, it works fine.
