Hover blur effect

Hey BeTheme community,
i have a big problem and I've tried to figured out how to solve it for the last 4 hours without success...
I hope you can help me with this.

This is my first Website I build with your Theme. I'm good at photoshop and video editing but I never created a website on my own before.. I try to learn It by my own

So here is the thing.
I wanna make a hover effect when you go over the element with your mouse. 

black the box and add a text on it.
I've made a quick example on photoshop that you know what kind of a hover effect I mean.

Hello,

we suggest using the zoombox item:

Remember that the item on the right side, should also be a zoombox or an image with the same size so they scale together and there are no unwated blank spaces.

Create a section, insert a wrap with two 1/2 zoomboxes. Then edit the section settings, enable "full-width" and "disable margins" options for this section. This way it should looks as in your picture.
