do you mean how to change the background video for this slider?

Go to the slider plugin and edit this slider. Then go to general options and choose/change the background type and file, https://www.themepunch.com/slider-revolution/slide-background/

Yes, that's what I mean. There is a slider plugin, but there's no slider to edit. The plugin ist empty: "No slides found"
